The company is focused on achieving the best energy performance in projects; working to solve technical problems and collaborating with architects to provide technical and measurable solutions. Suitable candidates for the Associate role should have 7+ years' experience in energy/sustainability or M&E engineering.

* Experience dealing with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to think abstractly, strategically, independently.
* Excellent management skills, including mentoring and development, resourcing and effective delivery.

* Managing, leading, and mentoring a team of sustainability professionals.
* Overseeing quality delivery and profitability of multiple projects.
* Winning projects and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Assisting directors in strategic development of business's client base, services, and direction.
This is an exciting and meaningful role at a rapidly growing sustainability focussed consultancy working on substantial projects. The company are offering a salary of £70K - £85K depending on the candidate with flexible working hours, 3 days p/w working from home, a competitive pension scheme, 25 days annual leave and private health insurance.
