My client, a logistics investor, developer and operator, have committed over €900m of capital across 30 different projects across Europe. As a result of a strong and growing deal pipeline, they are hiring an Analyst or Associate to support the asset management team. The successful candidate will report directly to the COO.
Given the start-up nature of the team, this person's role will include:
* Directing and implementing short- and long-term strategies for the portfolio to optimize value-creation for each asset
* Overseeing property operations, leasing, development, financing, and finally, sales
* Understanding the competitive dynamics in each market to help formulate and revise the business plan for each asset
* Participate in the monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports and business plan /budget updates
