If you are an experienced EIA professional with a track record of networking to win work, and also have the appetite to lead and grow a team, then this post might suit you perfectly.

Your focus will be to make a significant contribution to the continued success and growth of a reputable team, whilst maintaining some technical input to a wide range of prestigious projects.

The current team are delivering EIA, SEA and Sustainability Appraisal work for clients across multiple sectors including transport, nuclear, renewables, water, urban regeneration and industrial. They key to being successful in this post is to maximise opportunities for winning work across these sectors, whilst working with colleagues across other environmental disciplines to ensure effective cross selling of opportunities.

About you:

You might currently be in a Principal post, with a flair for developing new business, or perhaps you're an existing Technical Director who's looking to make more of your commercial acumen and get out in front of more clients? Fundamentally, you'll be enthused to get stuck into a dynamic post and have a desire to play a key role in growth of a reputable business.

To complement your commercial aspirations, you'll have considerable experience in the sector, with the ability to demonstrate technical, leadership and management qualities. Postgraduate Qualifications in Environmental Sciences of Planning would be looked upon kindly, and IEMA Membership too. Experience working with large DCO projects would be advantageous.
