Our client is a global multidisciplinary consultancy looking for an Assistant Development Consultant or Development Consultant to join the London team who will be assisting Seniors/Associates/Partners with delivering primarily residential consultancy advice, although this might be part of mixed use schemes. This will be for a range of public and private clients across the UK but with a London focus.

You will join a team which provides traditional Development Management advice with a heavy focus and complimentary skillset of Financial Modelling. The team is based within the Residential Business Unit, which includes Quantity Surveyors, Project Mangers and Employers Agents.

If successful you will be advising a range of both public and private clients on how to maximise their interests, particularly in the Built Environment. These consultancy projects typically fall in the following sectors; Joint Ventures, Strategic Land, New Towns, Urban Regeneration, Development Corporations and Business Planning/Investment. The team advises clients on a broad range of development schemes and will require broad market knowledge, however specialist knowledge or a desire to acquire knowledge in Financial Modelling is welcomed.

The applicants may vary from recently graduated with a RICS accredited degree up to recently qualified under a suitable pathway. Those still seeking qualification through the APC process will be given all the training required.
