My Client are an award winning multidisciplinary international consultancy who work on a number of high profile, innovative projects in a diverse range of sectors. They are looking for a Senior Hydraulic Modeller to work within their established team on a wide range of projects.

·Produce FRAs for development project in accordance with the NPPF, to include outline drainage/SuDS strategies and 1D/2D hydraulic modelling.
·Provide due diligence flood risk advice to landowners and undertake flood studies in the public sector.
·Management and mentoring of small, but growing team.
Capabilities and Qualifications:
Candidate must have:
·MSc in Hydrology/Hydrogeology or relevant discipline.
·At least 3 years' experience preparing FRAs, drainage strategies and hydraulic modelling.
·Professional qualification (or working towards)
·Knowledge of TUFLOW, Isis/Flood Modeller Pro and FEH with the ability to construct and modify hydraulic models under supervision.
·Good knowledge and experience of Micro Drainage.
·Analyse and communicate opportunities and constraints at development sites.
·Experience producing and reviewing a wide range of FRAs and drainage strategies.
·Good knowledge of the planning systems, especially NPPF and SuDS Manual.
·Project management experience, including the ability to run whole lifecycle projects.
·Experienced at stakeholder relations in a client facing role.
·Ability to supervise and motivate others, especially as part of a small autonomous team.
