Director/Principal Planning Consultant- Build your team

Our client is looking for an experienced Planning consultant who would be interested in tackling a brand new team as part of the businesses plans for continued growth across various Environmental sectors. You would be the driving force behind taking the built environment team to capitalise on the expansive workload that has already been coming through. This will give the right candidate the perfect chance to shape the future of the team and take ownership of the success.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary that continually strives to be at the front of all environmental endeavours both at home in the UK and abroad. Even as a global consultancy they remain an employee owned consultancy ensuring that every consultant across the globe has a true stake in the future of the business and the continued success they have. You will undertake the leadership of the newly established built environment team alongside another director where you will aim to maintain and build client relationships, mentor and develop more junior member of staff, and focus the future of the team into continued expansion.

You should therefore have a well established network that you can rely on and management experience of both teams and projects.

An understanding of planning and environmental practices across a variety of sectors and at a local level would be essential. Along with RTPI membership and a relevant RTPI accredited degree.
