Acoustic Consultant- Environment- Chance to grow
Part of this comes down to an acceptance that sometimes consultants may want to try new things and potentially develop whole new skill sets across the Environmental field. As a company they allow their consultants the freedom to try other industries if they have the mind-set to grow and as such offer training and in-house courses to develop their experiences offering a useful way to build a more niche expertise and to open doors most other companies wouldn't offer.
Ideal experience should be around 1-4 years of experience in an acoustic consultancy.
You should have a MSc in Acoustics or other relevant field.
You should be a member of the IOA.
They are also open to junior candidates who are still looking for a chance to break into the acoustic sector as they provide a wide range of training and development to all their consultants.
