Acoustic Consultant: Bristol
We are working with an opportunity in one of the UK's top consultancies for Environmental and Mechanical engineering. This is to be part of their environmental acoustics team who have become the nation's market leaders in wind farm assessment amongst the various projects including housing developments, stadiums and road schemes. With a respected industry reputation this consultancy can offer the right person a chance at some of the UK's most exciting projects to date.
Our client is a multi-disciplinary that brings their individual teams together on certain projects to ensure a thorough and high quality service to every client. This helps to also keep together the disciplines to create an environment in the business where every employee feels committed to a common cause and ensuring better relations across the company.
They are looking for a junior level consultant who wishes to focus their career on the environmental aspects of acoustics. Whether it the first position in acoustics or a junior consultant looking to specialise; they will offer plenty of training and development to ensure that career is constantly progressing within the business.
* A relevant MSc, diploma or PhD in a Physics or Acoustics related subject.
* Good communication skills and a UK driving license.
* Experience up to 2 years in an acoustic consultancy is beneficial.
* Understanding of programming and/or software such as CADNA-A would be ideal.
