Acoustic Consultant- Research in Acoustics

Our client is a research focused consultancy that has access to some of the UK's most high tech and unique resources in the development of the industry. They focus on helping clients on projects ranging from helping to test a new line of acoustic products, through to offering their own consultations on new builds across the UK.
Your role will involve working both in the field and in the labs to manage various projects; whilst also maintaining client relations and building new business for the team. The work will be a mixture between research based projects and taking on field based measurements and consultations.
The ideal profile will be a consultant with a background in Building or Architectural acoustics with an understanding of lab practices or maintaining a research project in an acoustic field.
An understanding of Environmental based projects would also be beneficial.
You should be a member of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) and have a UK driving license.
