You will play a key role in the management and development of their portfolio of clients and work across the South of the UK.
Candidates should ideally have 8 years plus post graduate experience in a relevant role, along with a demonstrative technical, commercial and project management track record. You should have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as strong client facing experience.
*Work generation and proposal writing
*Management of multidisciplinary land regeneration focussed projects
*Support to clients in the property sector including land owners, developers or perspective purchasers in the land transaction based market
*Preparation and review of technical reports
*Staff management, development and training
In your role, you will be expected to take the lead role in effective delivery of a range of land regeneration projects, working closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality technical output. You will manage staff members in the successful delivery of projects from initial bid, to issue of reports. An excellent demonstrable knowledge of site investigation, assessment and remediation is crucial.
My client is seeking someone with a track record of winning contracts and business development. In this role you would support the Property Team Director in developing business across the South of the UK.

Capabilities & Qualifications:
*A postgraduate qualification in Environmental Sciences/Geology, or a related scientific discipline
*Able to undertake Phase 1 desk studies, Phase 2 site investigations, remediation strategies, earthworks specifications and verification reports
*Excellent technical report writing ability
*Knowledge and comprehension of relevant legislation
*Experience of working with a range of risk management and remediation techniques
*Demonstrative experience of working on wider environmental projects, such as land use planning and EIA, mineral extraction and landfill assessments
*Working toward Chartered status
*Enthusiastic, encouraging and willing, with a strong team player attitude
*Good administration and organisation skills
