Do you like the idea of contributing to the largest Environmental Statement ever to be produced in the UK? If you have experience of managing environmental appraisal and assessment on multi-disciplinary engineering projects, then please apply to find out more!
Your new role:
On a day to day basis you will provide important assurances on inbound environmental deliveries produced by a network of external consultants contributing to the project. You'll be looking to ensure compliance with the project's technical and sponsor requirements, environmental commitments as well as environmental law and regulation.
You'll be able to use your strong communication skills to inform key project stakeholders, including members of the public and statutory authorities. There is also opportunity to join your colleagues in hosting community engagement, as and when required.
The complex nature and scale of this project means there is scope to hire multiple environmental managers into the Birmingham team. Candidates with project experience across rail or linear infrastructure sectors will be best suited to undertake the roles successfully, but please get in touch for a confidential discussion to see how you might fit in!
