1 Supported by staff from the Head Office, receive client brief and drive the development of various and diverse upgrade and improvement schemes, liaising with Engineering colleagues within the various departments of Clancy Consulting and external consultants alike to procure tender documentation and cost plans.
2 Prepare and maintain programmes to form part of regular reports for presentation to the Client and Clancy Consulting Management staff.
3 Act as Contract Administrator in relation to the projects undertaken, monitoring and controlling changes to cost and programme to facilitate the successful delivery of projects within agreed time and cost parameters.
4 Chairing and minuting of regular progress meetings,
5 The maintaining of accurate records, and preparation of reports for the benefit of both Clancy Consulting management staff and the Client.
6 Co-ordinate between the Contractors, key stakeholders within the various Client groups/departments and the design team ensuring minimal disruption to the Client's business.
