About the Role
You will be responsible for leading and managing the team on a daily basis, as well developing and implementing the strategy to further grow the team and expand its services. Working closely with the Director of Ecology you will form part of the management team and have input on the direction of the entire team Nationally.
You will be responsible for project and client management, ensuring the delivery of continuous workload for the team.
Capabilities & Qualifications
• Extensive track record in consultancy, ideally upwards of 8 years post graduate experience
• Excellent commercial and project management skills
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Relevant Degree (MSc desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of all ecological principles, relevant wildlife legislation and ecological impact assessment
• In-depth knowledge of plant or animal groups and appropriate field survey skills
• Hold various Survey and/or Development Licences
