You will be leading in the project management of the Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA’s) for large and complex development proposals with a specific focus on the residential, mixed-use, retail, commercial tech and leisure sectors.
You will be working closely with the integrated planning team and be involved in the management of technical specialists on behalf of clients and prepare Environmental Statements (ES) for submission in support of planning applications.
In addition to the EIA services, the team also advises clients on raising the bar on key topics like climate change, climate neutral development and health impact assessment.
Cambridge, London or Milton Keynes (must be willing to travel to Cambridge on a regular basis)

You will be involved in the following areas:
• EIA project management and leadership
• Management and co-ordination of the team.
• Client development and marketing activities
• Working closely across different specialist teams, Directors and Partners
• Writing Bids and fee proposals

• Chartered Planner/Environmentalist
• Relevant degree and ideally a master’s degree in a relevant subject
