Burberry has consistently stood at the forefront of the fashion industry when it comes to Corporate Responsibility. We established our Responsibility team over 15 years ago and since then have built widely recognised industry leading programme.

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Responsibility Manager to be based out of our Head office in Westminster, who will build lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe to develop and deliver high profile corporate responsibility programmes.

The team has a wide remit, reaching communities worldwide and the role will feed directly into our global strategy.

This is a chance for a passionate individual to drive our social responsibility programme. If you’ve got a demonstrable track record in this space, have worked in global organisations and have a genuine passion for what we do, we’d love to hear from you.

Consulting across a variety of business functions to facilitate delivery of multiple work streams

Engaging and motivating key global colleagues and external partners on their approaches to responsible and sustainable supply chains

Coordinate the company’s approach to ethical trade, supply chain wellbeing, capacity building, diversity and inclusion programmes and support the regional implementation.

Maintain awareness of key developments externally in relation to Responsibility

Represent Burberry in external working groups and forums in order to feed information back to the business and drive partnership development in line with brand strategies

Experience within the manufacturing/supply chain space

Experience and good understanding of ethical trading, wellbeing, capacity building, diversity and inclusion

Strong data management and analytical skills

Great stakeholder engagement capabilities

Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects

A passion and understanding of sustainability issues and relevant stakeholders
