WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Responsibility Manager to join the Production & Sourcing team at AllSaints. This is a brand new stand-alone role where you will be responsible for leading, defining and delivering on a new corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, focussing on our Supply Chain. You will ensure AllSaints continually develops its corporate reputation on Supply Chain, Ethical & Environmental responsibility and sustainability agenda both internally and externally, whilst delivering long term brand value, improving the reputation of AllSaints across its stakeholders, suppliers, customer & employees.
Work with the director team to define a new group CSR strategy, as well as appropriate measures to assess the performance against specific CSR targets and KPIs
Design a “world class” CSR program focusing on our supply chain partners
Implement a project plan and monitor progress against the strategy, identifying any risk to the business, potential non-compliance and offer different levels of due diligence and solutions based on resources
Providing a balanced strategy framework of managing risk, building capability within our value chain and supporting industry level initiatives to improve supply chain conditions.
Review current supplier manual and policies to analyse the gaps and design policies for ethical trade, environment and animal welfare
Review current integration with sourcing and other functions of the business and provide proposals for integration including software solutions for supplier and factory on-boarding
Support on the development of a new data capture process for CSR data, including supply chain mapping tools, using technology and design appropriate process to standardise and simplify the data
Deliver reports on the CSR strategy, objectives and performance as and when required. Producing a formal annual report as well as content for a CSR section on the company website.
Support with external and internal communications for the business on CSR, with support from the Legal and PR Teams
Work with Legal, People & Culture and other key stakeholders to review and develop internal policies relating to CSR.
Manage relationships with key CSR stakeholders, both internal and external, for other elements of CSR (such as charities & People & Culture)
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?
Experience managing corporate responsibility with large, national and or international businesses
Must have vendor CSR experience
Strong Project Management skills
Proactive nature – prepared to ‘do’ rather than assign or instruct
Strategic thinker, decisive, assertive and able to balance short & long term priorities
High levels of discretion and confidentiality
