In addition to working with CPG/FMCG companies and retailers, Loop has started to work with companies in the food service, food delivery, and restaurant industry. This role will be focused on growing the number of partnerships we have in the food service, food delivery, and restaurant industry.

Job Overview –

Loop is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Associate, Europe with 5+ years experience in sales for either a food service, food delivery, or in the restaurant industry and has a proven ability to independently own a sales pipeline and close new partners.

This role will report to the Head of Business Development in Europe

Primary Responsibilities:

Drive a pipeline of sales and progress deals autonomously with strategic support from the Head of Business Development
Research potential food service/restaurant partners and identify points of contact
Reach out to brand targets via cold e-mailing and cold calling
Prepare presentations and proposals to support pitching to targets, at times in collaboration with the greater Business Development team
Present program overview, financial and case study presentations via conference calls and in-person
Secure new brand partnerships for Loop
Work with senior team members in Europe and globally to assist in scheduling, meetings, and business development activities
Research and evaluate potential new partners in food service, delivery, and restaurant industry
Work with new partners on pricing & finalization of contracts
Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the “service” team to work on various “service” projects as they materialize
Requirements/Skills:

5+ years pertinent work experience
Experience working in food service, food delivery, or restaurant industry
Excellent research, writing and communication skills
Project management, attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Ability to work well in fast paced environment with multiple projects
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel
An entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
A creative mind with problem solving skills

Compensation –

Salary depending on experience
25 Paid Holiday Days
Company Pension contribution up to 3% of salary
