Job Ref:

We are excited to be working with one of the largest architectural practices in the UK looking to expand their sustainability team as a part of their commitment to the net-zero future. They are currently looking for a Building Performance Assistant supporting their designers to help develop integrated and regenerative architecture. Our client is making sure that the building performance is considered at the very early stages of the design process to prevent dramatic performance gaps and ensure that the sustainability credentials of their buildings are not an afterthought.

This role would be well-suited for an individual with a degree of Architectural Engineering, Sustainable development or similar. Ideally, you will have a demonstrable experience of environmental modelling, performance testing, ability to visualise environmental design strategies, data analysis, and the ability to assist the Building Performance Engineer on a wider basis.

Please note that we will endeavour to review your application within two weeks and, if there is interest in your candidacy, a Consultant will be in touch. Unfortunately, due to the significant amount of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback so if you have not heard from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful. Thank you for your interest.
