How to contribute to our vision
The Remote Data Analytics team (RDA) is looking for a new colleague who has knowledge of the Siemens fleet of wind turbines (primarily the G4 & D6/7/8 platform). The RDA team monitors the legacy Siemens fleet of installed turbines and works 24/7/365 on active turbines alarms through a remote system and diagnostic tools with the objective to save technician-hours and increase availability.
The main RDA team resides in Denmark and consist of 12 highly skilled and dedicated former Siemens troubleshooting technicians, 2 analysts working on each shift day, evening and night throughout the week. This role will be working only night-shift with one analyst per week (7 days)
You will be the extended part of the RDA team with main focus on the offshore fleet of turbines in the Northern Europe and Middle East region (NEME). You will furthermore keep in close contact with the various offshore site you will be supporting, in order to understand current focus areas and site-specific issues.
In the role you will diagnose and take action mainly based on remote collected data and formulate advice in English advice to service technicians in the field. Ensure that stopped turbines are attended to in a timely and professional manner. Keep yourself and the team updated on all offshore sites in your area through a thoroughly handover at the end of your shift - onsite visits and training will be on an “as needed” basis.

Ability to formulate a tailored troubleshooting advice in English, based on data obtained remotely, combined with hands-on experience of Siemens wind turbines.
Having been there in the turbines, and thereby understand the needs of the troubleshooting technician, when formulating the troubleshooting advice
Flexible, service minded and take pride in keeping the turbines operational.
You thrive in a hectic and dynamic environment It will be an advantage if you have experience in WPS, cRSP and MORS.
Analytic, detail- and result-oriented with a drive without compromising on quality.
Ability to work independently as well, as in a team, you are motivated by routine tasks in front of a computer
Skilled communicator and fluent in English verbally as well as in technical writing
