Tasks & responsibilities: You will...
...supervise all installation resources as required by the project plan for the offshore wind farm and take necessary action to comply with MHI Vestas safety and quality standards. You will work conjointly with other members of the installation team, QA/QC team and subcontractors, and perform hands-on work along with the team to ensure that all installation tasks are carried out successfully in a safe and timely manner.
Your tasks will also include:
Ensure a safe work practice by complying with our HSE requirements
Ensure that your own PPE checks are executed, and monthly check sheets are logged
Ensure that the task, responsibilities & plan are clear for all Technicians during and after Toolbox
Acting as a role model safety wise and lead by example
Installing and maintaining turbines and equipment
Planning resources, tools, documentation and spare parts on a daily basis
Troubleshoot on spot whenever challenges occur
Identify, register and manage deviations
Encourage supervisors, technicians and stakeholders to collaborate and share knowledge across function
Ensure a sufficient handover is carried out between shifts

Minimum educational requirements:
Holds a technical education (mechanical/electrical) combined with WTG experience
Minimum experience requirements:
Have experience with installation of Vestas V117 Turbine
Have the Vestas courses Installation Level C V112 and Service Level C V112
Have experience working with electrical/hydraulic diagrams
Experience with VMP 8000 is a plus
