Senior Quantity Surveyor, London

A leading Property Consultancy based in Central London is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years' experience, of working on exciting, large scale commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the commercial sector and the challenges of delivering commercial schemes.

You will report to a Director, working as part of a wider team as well as working with the project delivery design team and client organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the delivery of the entire project.
* Producing cost plans and costs reports.
* Responsible for the development of the cost management strategy and delivery
* Tracking and documenting changes.
* Manage Risk processes and Value Management.
* Attending and chairing meetings.
* Preparing formal project progress reports.
* Liaising with the client, contractors and designers.

Skills & Requirements

* Strong track record of delivering projects.
* Beneficial to have experience of working within an Inter-disciplinary organisation.
* Experienced working with design teams.
* Ideally professionally qualified in Quantity Surveying - MRICS.
