Planning Officer

A London local authority is looking for Town Planner to join their team on a temporary contract.

Role

This role will see you join a team of town planners processing and approving planning applications, managing a caseload of your own. You'll be tasked with working with appropriate stakeholders and ensuring quick, efficient and correct approval or disapproval of applications.

Role Requirements

* UK degree in town planning
* Expertise working in the public sector, ideally in London, with a planning caseload in a development control team.
* The experience of managing stakeholders and site visits when appropriate.
