The ideal candidate will be chartered IOSH and a background in consultancy.
Commutable from: Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, Stafford, Stoke on Trent, Birmingham, Chester
Package: £45,000 - £50,000 p.a. + Company Car + Fuel Card + Expenses + Pension + Personal Training
Suitable for: Principal Consultant, Health & Safety Manager, HSE Manager, Health & Safety Operations Manager
Ideally based within an hour and a half commute from Staffordshire you will have the following duties:
-Be a role model against leadership behaviours, the business core values and code of conduct.
-Lead and drive process improvements and compliance.
-Ensure all work is carried out in the most practical and cost effective way.
-Drive Health & Safety culture within the division and the wider business.
-Manage the planning process with the Sales Team to ensure that work is scheduled and carried out in the most effective way
Educated to Chartered IOSH you will have the following experience:
-A background in Health Safety.
-Previous experience working for a consultancy.
-Experience of managing a field-based team
-People management experience
-Strong commercial awareness
